The “Santo Inácio Zoo” opened the doors to the public the 10 of June of 2000, with many attractions to offer all its visitors.
The awareness of visitors to wildlife protection and welfare are our main concern. Therefore, the species of the Zoo Santo Inácio live in open spaces and environments in designed to recreate the conditions of original habitats, including control of temperature and moisture, when necessary.

With about 1200 animals and 350 different species, the Zoo is the best place to spend an unforgettable day in Nature!
Here, you’ll find animals as Snow Leopard, Humbolt Penguins, Pigmy Hippopotamus, Spider-monkeys, or even Crocodiles, Burmese Phyton, White Knee Tarantula, among many other animals.

Daily you can watch fantastic demonstrations with animals, such as birds of prey, reptiles and Wildlife Demonstration, or even the fun feeding of Penguins.

Timetable: October to December | February to March: Tuesday to Sunday - 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Last entry to 4 p.m.)
April to September: Tuesday to Sunday - 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. (Last entry to 6 p.m.)
Close: Monday, during the month of January and December 25.
