Stone made Cross (crucifix) of “Senhor dos Milagres” (Lord of Miracles)
Built in 1831 by popular request, this neo-classical and religious Stone made Cross (crucifix), located by the south boarding of the Village’s old bridge, occupying an area suitable for its proposal. The pedestal-shaped as a parallelepiped with lozenge cushioned faces, presents engraving and several grooves, including, as well as, a small pedestal ended in a pyramidal shape. The representative image of Christ is of significant “decorative” symbolism, with an expressive and anatomical proportionality figure.
