Located in Quinta da Boavista, is it a construction dating from the XVII century, being the Residence of Conde Castelo de Paiva (Castelo de Paiva Earl).
The farm also includes gardens, stables, garages and a storage space. The main house features XVII century elevations, and, on the second floor, there are wooden ceilings attributed to the XVII and XVIII centuries.
There is a carved altar in the chapel dedicated to St. António.
