It is a pedestrian small route, starting and finishing in Cais do Castelo, next to the Castelo de Paiva ex-libris: the Ilha dos Amores ou do Castelo (Island of Amores or Castelo).It extendes for 7.25 Km, being possible to walk through the historic village of Castelo and to watch some of the XIX century houses. The chapel of St. António, the old cross stone, the S. Pelágio church and the beautiful rural landscape of Fornos are some of the interesting reasons of this route.
