Product Food and Wine: Roasted lamb in the oven, “ cozido à Lavrador”, onion steaks to Santa Eufemia, roast veal in the oven, diced cod, lamprey rice and shad in the due season, are some delicacies that here are the delight of lovers complemented with French toast at Paiva style, the dry soup, the honey cake and the bread sponge cake. Together with the award-winning green wine Paiva.
