This house and farm are located at Avenida 5 de Outubro, and it was property of Miquelina de Sousa, who promoted the Mercado do Peixe (Fish Market) construction, which is located in Feira Velha. Later on, this Chalet becomes property of Elvira Rodrigues da Silva Selos.
