A 12 km ride for pedestrians and cyclists from the beach Marbelo, north of Espinho, through the city centre terraces and ending in an environmental protection zone in Lagoa Paramos. In addition to beautify the coastline, the ecovia is pleasant and visually very attractive in biodiversity and landscape aspects.
Along the way, you can contemplate from the landscapes of dunes, beach and sea, to the emblematic city buildings, such as the Swimming Pool and Balneário Marino (Marine Bathhouse), Casino or FACE. But also passes by the fishing area of the city where you can see the boats and nets of Xávega Art and also by the oldest Golf Course in the Iberian Peninsula.
For those who appreciate long walks, the path continues, at north, to the D. Luis I Bridge over the River Douro, culminating in the riverside and historic zone of Vila Nova de Gaia and Porto.
