Sambade has in its church, erected in the late XVIII century, a specimen of neoclassical architecture of well-defined proportions, with a plant of two bodies. On the left stands a bell tower square with four semicircular arches housing the bells, divided into three registers. The interiors are covers of semicircular vault, in brown wood painted with flourishes and symbols of the Passion. In the chancel, granite slabbed, has an altar piece dedicated to Nossa Senhora, in "pombalino" style.
