It is a baroque to rococo style residence, tipically bourgeois, dating from 1766. It is noteworthy by its main façade totally made in stone. On the ground floor level there is a wide door and a window, and on the main floor level there is a balcony with iron railings. The access is made through two doors flanking the image of the Angel S. Miguel. The façade is topped by richly crafted cornice. The building is provided with sundial. A room with wooden ceiling and a toilet fountain in granite stands out on the first floor. The first hospital of Valongo started working in this building on the15th/August/1905. It is classified as Public Interest Property.
