Quinta de Casais is a rural tourism unit, classified as Agroturismo, located in the parish of Goães, Vila Verde County, district of Braga, appearing in an area of about three hectares offering a stunning and relaxing view to the Valley of the Neiva.
It stands out for being situated in a pleasant place and deeply rural, but with an excellent location relative to the main road connections.
The House is composed by the Mother House and three Bungalows, which offer all the necessary facilities to welcome its guests.
The House and Bungalows are surrounded by a lot of vegetation and centenary trees, gardens, vegetable garden, orchard, vineyard, swimming pool and water tanks, which transmit much serenity and rest to the delight of its guests.
It is a life project realized by its owners that offers its guests unique moments of leisure. The motto is: come without haste to enjoy in full the stay.
Former farmhouse, dating back to 1827, has been fully restored in order to maintain the characteristics of that time, but adequate and transformed with the current facilities, in order to provide an unforgettable stay. Its reconstruction sought to respect the characteristics of a house with the characteristics of the Minho region, using a unique combination of materials where dominates the stone, the wood and the iron.
It consists of two floors, ground floor and first floor, interconnected by an interior staircase. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, the living and dining room with fireplace and the kitchen with wood stove. On the ground floor are the other 2 bedrooms. All rooms are suite type (double bed), with private bathroom.
All rooms are facing the Neiva Valley and have heating / cooling, TV and internet.
The accommodation in the rooms of the mother house includes breakfast, daily cleaning and free access to all common areas of the farm.
One of the rooms is occupied by the owners of the Quinta, who will welcome their guests so that they can feel at home.
There are three bungalows of typology T2.
Each Bungalow has two bedrooms, one with a double and the other with two single beds, a bathroom, a common room with a fully equipped kitchenette and a balcony overlooking the Neiva Valley.
Accommodation in the bungalows does not include breakfast.
Daily cleaning (optional - so as not to disturb guests) and the accommodation gives free access to all common areas of the farm.
