Tavern of the Xastre, in Bragança, besides a fantastic view of Sabor river, has the peculiarity of only serving meals by appointment. Beyond this detail, it is worth the reservation to prove, in the middle of nature, true delicacies made according to ancestral recipes. The specialty is roasted Mirandese meat, but the Bisco Pig is served equally sublime. In the right season there is Rooster in the pot and several game dishes. Finish with a delicious sheep's curd with jam and honey.
