The typical Restaurant D. Roberto exists in Gimonde since 1935. The regional sausages and smoked Ham are a feature ofthis unique menus practiced by the family D. Roberto. Housed in a typical house "transmontana", any decor revolves around the theme of the hunting, sausages and ancient artefacts from the region.
