Its specialities are Bacalhau à Oliveira (cod, house speciality), Arroz de Sarrabulho (rice with pork, beef and chicken, porks blood and several spices), Papas de Sarrabulho (pork, chicken and beef, pork blood, corn flour, caraway, salt), roasted Kid in the fire oven and still the home made French Pudding. This pudding is the ex-libris of this restaurant.
