With more than 40 years of history, Dom Carlos has passed through different generations and it offers a unique cuisine. You will not forget the typical Portuguese specialities, such as Bacalhau à Dom Carlos (cod, house speciality), Sea bass rice with coriander, home made Alheira (Portuguese sausage made with pork, veal, chicken, quail, rabbit and bread) in the oven with chestnuts and Picanha à Dom Carlos (cow meat grilled with salt).

All the delicacies are accompanied with excellent wine from a varied cellar.
