Situated in the historic heart of the village of Mondim de Basto, there is 18 years ago that the current management of Adega 7 Condes decided to keep the tradition of always cook with land products where “maronesa” meat is queen without forgetting the rest of the nobility:
The smokehouse, the vegetables, corn bread (broa) and traditional desserts.
