This village is located in the parish of Magueija. Here you can visit the Carvalhoso Hill, well known for its boulders, with particular attention to the Berruga boulder. This one has a cavity where the rain waters are stored, and legend tells that if someone washed their warts on that water, these would disappear. You can still see some old houses along the village and several agricultural tools, basins, and manger among other things.
