The pre-historic village of The Castro de S Lourenço was built by people of the Iron Age in the high elevation of a cliff – a group of rocks that we developed parallel to the Atlantic coastline.
Don’t forget to visit the S Lourenço Chapel and admire the view at its viewpoint.
The present chapel built in the 1940s, replacing a much older another temple (provably from the XV or XVI centuries.)
The viewpoint is a vantage point to enjoy a vast view.
