Built in the 18th century, the building is characterized by its remarkable beauty. Standing out, its surrounding consisting of leafy trees and cherished vegetation, dominating an idyllic landscape over the “Ribeira Lima”. The Palace building is flanked by two towers and a chapel, presenting a staircase on the opposite side. Nearby, the so-called "Carregadouro do Lima”, place from which developed the river transactions to and from the area of “Valdevez”, especially of agricultural products, particularly of wine, fundamental vector of the local economy.
