This street contains some of the most beautiful examples of sixteenth-century architecture of Vila do Conde and is an example of a very Portuguese way of living architecture. The entire construction is made here with elegance and balance in the family scale.
The town hall occupies a house with a sustained corner balcony of a marble column and in front is one of the most interesting facades of Vila do Conde. The alley to the right leads directly to the Misecórdia Church
