The Rosa Mota Indoor Pool was inaugurated on May 15, 2013 with the presence of the Olympic champion Rosa Mota, who sponsored this sports equipment. Her connection to Sabrosa was always a source of pride for the athlete, since it was from Sabrosa that she developed his training plan to participate in the Olympic Games in Seoul in 1988, in which she won the gold medal in the marathon.
This space consists of equipment that aim to promote equal opportunities in sport for children, young people and "not so young", motivating the people for the sport and leisure activity, working also for therapeutic purposes, such as motor rehabilitation unit, through specifically of water aerobics classes.
