The old Bridge of Ariz is the landmark of the town It`s of Romanesque architectural structure, in stone, with two arches over the river Paiva. It is inserted in a large bucolic area and marked by green scenery and calmness of the river waters. This bridge is endowed with great importance, it was through it that the pilgrims from Lapa moved in pilgrimage to the Sanctuary and also because this was the connection between the Lands of the Demo and the Terras do Paiva.
