Brief description: It is also known as Riba-Rio Fishing Park, due to the place where is this magnificent space of sport fishing in a natural environment and leisure. Here you will find trout farming, from the roe to the adult trout, offering the possibility to watch the various stages of growth. The fishing park is complemented by a restaurant, which cook all kinds of delicacies related to the trout, and a natural surrounding area ideal for those who enjoy the contact with nature.
Product Food and Wine: Here trout is the gastronomic delicacy of election and serves as the motto for the confection of numerous different dishes such as “pataniscas” (trout fried cakes), of Labruja River, trout in pickled sauce, breaded trout, pasta with trout and prawns, stuffed with ham, among other delicacies.
