The Museu of Linho (Museum of Linen) is the result of a partnership between the Municipality of Vila Verde, Parish Board of Marrancos and the Recreational and Cultural Association of Marrancos, inaugurated on the 7th September 2013.
The visit to this museum space allows you to contemplate the various working tools and real pieces of art produced in linen and its strong representation, showing visitors the various stages that linen (flax) go through, from sowing to the weaving loom, constituting an important cultural legacy, a proof of our national identity and collective memory to be preserved.
