Integrating the Programa Polis back in September 2002, this project is from another famous architect, Eduardo Souto de Moura. This new waterfront boulevard at Matosinhos Sul has restructured Portuguese urban planning and landscaping, consolidating the harmonious connections between the cities of Porto and Matosinhos.
