Apple trees for Carrazeda - Fernando Casás - Recalling the ancestral chromelechs, prehistoric places of worship, the pillars planted in the ground are arranged in a way that seems to indicate the Cosmos, the perfect distribution of the stars. For Casás, the nineteen monoliths placed alongside the five apple trees intend to troncos de connect the wooden trunks with the granite perpetuando a trunks, perpetuating the dialect between the sculptures and the vegetation. Both will inexonerably suffer the corrosion of time. The granite will be eroded and the trunks of the apple trees will complete their life cycle.
