During the rest of the day you’ll be able to spot and smell some of the Nature’s medicines in the wild, as you go up and down the hills of Gerês.

For a great finale, and depending on the weather, you will bathe in the crystal-clear waters of a wild river or on marvellous hot springs that have been used for thousands of years.

• 2 easy small hikes (approx. 30min each)

Recommendations
• Wear weather and hiking appropriate clothes and shoes
• Bring swimwear – to dress up and take off on location (to avoid returning wet) -, a towel (you can rent one for 2€) and flip-flops (not essential)
