After this berry party and a wonderful lunch, we will go on deeper into the mountains. The dramatic views will surely astonish you, and you’ll be enchanted with all the colours, smells and sounds of the Peneda-Gerês National Park.
Explore a humble village and stumble upon some curious rustic elements that confirm the human presence along the times. Hike through an oak wood forest, on a medieval causeway and bordered by tall ferns and moss covered walls, to come across a cascade of waterfalls.
As a perfect ending, enjoy these natural monuments and accept their invitation to a cool off in its crystal-clear waters.
Specifics
• Suitable from 2 to 75 years old
• 2 easy small hikes (approx. 30min each)
• Minimum group size: 3
• Maximum group size: 6
• Summer (possible during the rest of the year without harvesting the fruits)
• Duration: full day – 9:00 to 20:00
Recommendations
• Wear weather and hiking appropriate clothes and shoes
• Bring swimwear – to dress up and take off on location (to avoid returning wet) -, a towel (you can rent one for 2€) and flip-flops (not essential)
• Bring sunscreen (if relevant)
