The Garden of Solar dos Castros, is one of the outstanding elements of this Manor. We can say that it is a French-inspired garden by presenting a regular and well-defined trait, but above all it stands out for the relationship it has with the building and for the large balcony opened in colonnade. Integrates one of the first recreational areas of Vila Nova de Cerveira, initially for private use, revealing the economic power and the changing habits of what was one of the main families of Vila Nova de Cerveira. Currently integrated in the Municipal Library, the garden offers a set of stone elements of cultural interest to the county: mainly a milestone from the roman Via XIX transformed into a fulling mill, but also covers of medieval graves, and one modillion from the Church of Vila Nova de Cerveira.
