The Cupertino de Miranda Foundation, based in Vila Nova de Famalicão, was established by initiative of Arthur Cupertino de Miranda (1892-1988) and his wife, Lady Elzira Celeste Maya de Sá Cupertino de Miranda, whom the personal property pertained to and constituted by decree of October 1963 2. Opened in 1972.
It’s a private social solidarity institution, recognized of public utility and of no profit, which follows cultural and social goals. Has a Museum, a Library and an Auditorium, in order to carry out activities of promotion and distribution of cultural initiatives in different expression areas.

Saturdays and Public Holidays: 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm
