The Church celebrates on thursday after the Eighth of Pentecost a feast in honour of the Secrets of the Eucharist, named Corpus de Christi. Monção has been celebrating Corpus Christi over the centuries. In the procession, are included all the Crosses and Standards of the 33 parishes that formed the archbishopric of Monção, with their brotherhoods.
