Description
Built on the most defensible point of the Castle, the works of the Keep, began in 1409 and only ended 40 years later. It is built in gothic style and  supports on its angles, sentinels, detaching in the southern facade, the geminated ogival window and  the coat of arms of the king D. João I. Nowadays, lodges  the Military Museum of Bragança. Closed: Mondays and holidays. Opening-hours: Tuesday to Sunday 09.00am-12.00 pm / 14.00pm-17.00pm. Note: July and August extended time.
