Towards the Calvary it is possible to appreciate some of the manor houses of Arouca, which “Casa dos Malafaias” is a good exemplar. Located in the old Arca street, nearby the Tourist Office, it is owned by the Malafaia family. Its blazon can be seen on its façade. This house also includes a chapel attached.
