The Casa do Reguengo, in the parish of Vale de Bouro, is a Manor House of relevant interest. It was built in successive stages starting at the end of the 17th century, having gained all splendour in the 18th century.
The House features a U-shaped plan, in which the style of the exterior façades contrast with the simplicity of those overlooking into the inner courtyard. In the interior, highlight to the heads of hair coat of arms of the Leites; Rebelos; Azevedos and Pereiras. It is a very pure, solid style and genuine, archetype of a Portugal that is reborn after a long conflict with Spain (cf. Anne Stoop).
