The Pomarchão house is one of the most significant manor houses in the area of Ponte de Lima, which combines structure Mannerist, many Baroque elements later added, in an architectural tradition of continuity.
The farm was owned by the family Malheiro Reimão since the 17th century, the date of the original building. In the last quarter of the century the property has been extended with has been built the wall that borders the courtyard access to the house. It was remodeling in 19th century, retaining, however, the original coat.
