Description
The Bridge of Caniço is a railway viaduct on the old line of the Tâmega connecting Amarante Arco de Baúlhe, currently reconverted into the Ecopista of Tâmega. 

The Bridge of Caniço, which accessed by the Ecopista, from the place of Matamá, in the parish of Veade, and is one of the most exciting sections of the route of Ecopista, offering an extraordinary view over the Tâmega River, with the Mount Farinha, better known as Lady of Grace, in the background.

The Ecopista of the Tâmega, intended for pedestrian and bicycle circulation, has a total length of 39 km and a gentle slope, accessible to all. Its central point is the Station of Celorico de Basto, where an interpretive center is available.
