Alto da Louriça ou Muro
The Alto da Louriça or Muro is the highest point of Serra Amarela, located at 1360 m. It is one of the most beautiful and natural belvedere over Serra Amarela and river Lima and we can see it from several places of Peneda Gerês National Park. It is the administrative boundary between the municipalities of Ponte da Barca and Terras de Bouro. From Alto da Louriça we can enjoy the beauty of the landscape, some shepherd huts and two trap wolves, now a protected specie. The access is done by foot or by bicycle, being very difficult the access by car.
