Shaded by large cedar trees, the park is home to small herb and flower beds. Here, visitors can enjoy a magnificent landscape with a view of the mountains of the Alto Douro and Trás-os-Montes. Visitors can also see examples of rock art from the Iron Age. At present, this park offers six different types of fitness equipment designed for senior citizens, allowing them to enjoy nature and improve their health and wellbeing at the same time.
