This work was inaugurated by the Nobel Peace Prize and President of the Democratic Republic of East Timor, José Ramos-Horta, during his visit to Paredes to receive the Chaves de Honra do Município ( Honor Keys of the City) and to participate in the Conference “Doadores por Timor 2010”, which was organized by the Municipality of Paredes under the theme “Uma Fábrica por Timor” (A Factory for Timor).
