Calçada dos Petiscos is in Rosem, Marco de Canaveses, and is totally dedicated to typical Portuguese gastronomy.

Located in a former primary school, the whole concept of Calçada dos Petiscos was conceived in detail by its founder Filipe Mota. The space was under construction for a year, the decoration and all the rustic surroundings, with a modern touch, which characterize the space, are the authorship of the owner.

In Calçada dos Petiscos, the suggestions are diverse and all of them are thought, considering the traditional Portuguese cuisine. At the entrances, alheira, pataniscas and sausages from the region are some of the delicacies. From Monday to Friday, at lunch, the restaurant has executive menu, with dishes such as Portuguese stew, anho roasted in a wood oven, arouquesa steak, secret black pork, red wood, francesinha, cod with onions and cod with bread, with roasted piglet on Saturdays. Cookie cake, chocolate mousse, sponge cake and cream milk are the most characteristic desserts of this restaurant.

In the wines, the restaurant offers about 45 references, from north to south of the country and the green wines of marco de Canaveses".

The restaurant seats 72 pax and closes on Sundays
