The “Festa das Cruzes” poster invites all locals and foreigners to participate and experience the first pilgrimage of the northern region of the country and probably the best-known and famous popular fiesta minhota. The Feast of the Crosses 2019 has several notable moments such as the Battle of Flowers (May 1st at 3:00 p.m.), the fair and the extensive amusement park installed in Campo da Feira and enclosure, as well as the permanent animation a little by the whole city, but the high point is scheduled for May 3, the day dedicated to the Lord of the Good Jesus of the Cross, which brings together in the city the 89 crosses of the 89 parishes in a single procession.
