Hiking "Fisgas de Ermelo"

Fisgas de Ermelo, Ermelo, Portugal 25 Aug 2019
09:00 - 14:00
Amarante
Detail
This route surrounds the Fisgas de Ermelo, imposing Cascades on the Rio Olo that total 200m in height.

With a distance considered average, it presents long and accented slopes, being that the first half is almost always to rise and the opposite in the second.

There are technical areas with demanding slopes, some loose rocks and dirt.

Sun exposure is relevant, and on hot days, care should be taken.

The landscapes with views to the Piocas or natural pools are spectacular, and better still to be able to take bath in those magnificent places in the middle of the route.

The views of the Serra do Alvão and Monte Farinha are part of the long-distance landscapes that accompany most of the route
